Terms of use and notices

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This page is a translation of the Spanish original, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

These terms explain how CryptoBruj makes money, what risks trading crypto-assets carries and under what conditions you may use this website and the Trading Hub. By using them, you accept these terms. If anything is unclear, write to us at ayuda@cryptobruj.com.

2. Everything is free

CryptoBruj charges you nothing: not for the website, not for checking whether you are a referral, not for the Trading Hub. We do not sell anything.

3. Advertising and affiliate links

CryptoBruj is funded by advertising from cryptocurrency exchanges. The referral links and codes on this website are affiliate links:

4. This is not advice

What we publish (on this website, on YouTube, on Telegram and in the Trading Hub) is general and educational information, the same for everyone. It is not financial or investment advice, nor a personalised recommendation: we do not know your situation, your goals or how much risk you can take on.

TRADEAUDIT, SLU is not authorised by any financial authority and does not provide investment services or crypto-asset services. Before investing, inform yourself and, if you need to, consult an authorised professional.

5. Risks

Only invest what you can afford to lose.

6. Exchanges, licences and countries

In the European Union, since 1 July 2026, only providers authorised under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), in their own country or with a passport for yours, may provide crypto-asset services. For each exchange we state whether it holds that licence according to the ESMA register, with the date on which we checked it. This can change: check the register yourself before opening an account.

If you open an account from the EU with an exchange that has no MiCA licence, you will not have the protections of MiCA nor be supervised by any EU authority, and that exchange may not accept EU residents or may stop doing so.

We choose which exchanges to show you based on the country you are visiting from, which we infer from your connection. This may fail (for example, if you use a VPN) and does not replace what each exchange says: check in its terms that it can serve you where you live. In some countries we do not show any.

7. The Trading Hub

The Trading Hub is a private, free Telegram group for anyone who has a CryptoBruj referred account on one of the exchanges we can check.

8. Use of the website

You may use this website for personal and lawful purposes. You may not use it to harm its operation, to check third-party accounts on a mass scale or for any purpose contrary to the law.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, logos and trademarks on this website belong to TRADEAUDIT, SLU or to their authors. They may not be copied or reused without permission, except for brief quotations citing the source. The names and trademarks of the exchanges belong to their owners.

10. Liability

We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Investment decisions are yours: TRADEAUDIT, SLU is not liable for any losses you incur when trading, for what an exchange does or fails to do, or for the content of third-party websites we link to. Nor do we guarantee that the website or the Trading Hub will always be available.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away the rights that the law of the country where you live grants you as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example if the rules change or the exchanges we work with change. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If the change affects the Trading Hub, we will announce it in the group before applying it and, if you do not agree, you will be able to leave at no cost.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra, unless the law allows you to go to the courts of your place of residence.

13. Contact

For any question, complaint or report of unlawful content, write to us at ayuda@cryptobruj.com.

How can I help?

Does it cost anything?

No. The site, checking whether you're a referral and the Trading Hub cost you nothing. I don't sell anything.

What does being a referral mean?

That you opened your exchange account with my link or my code. You can check it in a moment in Am I a referral? with your exchange and your UID.

Where do I find my UID?

In the exchange app, go to your profile: the UID is the number shown next to your name.

How do I join the Trading Hub?

Fill in the Trading Hub form with your exchange, your UID, your email and your Telegram username. If the exchange confirms that you are a referral, I give you a personal link to the Telegram bot, which lets you into the group.

My account doesn't show up as a referral. What do I do?

Check that the UID and the exchange are correct; if you've just created the account, try again in a while. If you don't have an account with my code yet, you can open one from My exchanges. If you already had one created earlier, write to me below with your exchange and your UID.

Can I be removed from the Trading Hub?

To stay in, your account just needs to remain a referral: the bot checks it every day. If it stops being one, the bot lets you know privately before removing you from the group.

Do you give investment advice?

No. What I publish is general and educational information, the same for everyone: it isn't advice or a personalised recommendation. The details are in the terms.

Question not here? Write to me and I'll answer by email.
